A better pancake! This one uses flax seed, flour, rice milk and bananas

To make this pancake you will need
1 1/2 cups flour
1 3/4 TBLspoon baking powder
1 1/2 cup rice milk or organic cow's milk or milk of your choosing
3 TBLspoon melted butter
1 egg
1 TBLspoon flax seed
2 ripe bananas
mix liquid ingredients into dry ingredients
get a griddle or your favorite pan, cook and enjoy !
